The Facts

Dark Money groups are spending money to mislead voters in House District 33. I want to be transparent with you about what is being said and what the facts actually are. I signed the Colorado Democratic Party's Clean Campaign Pledge because I believe voters deserve the truth.

A dark money group called "Promoting Progressive Women" (TRACER 20265052142) has sent mailers to HD33 voters claiming I am an "unhinged cyberbully" who harassed a grandmother and her grandson.

In August 2025, a complaint was filed with the City and County of Broomfield by an anonymous person about my personal YouTube channel (@KennyBoulder), where I have posted videos for five years about the practice of "scalping," which is the bulk-buying of collectible products like Pokémon cards to resell at inflated prices, hurting everyday consumers and kids.

The City and County Attorney Nancy C. Rodgers conducted a full investigation, which you can read here. She concluded that there was no ethics violation and no conflict of interest. The City and County of Broomfield took no action and closed the case.

When outside groups spend money to tear me down, it is because they know I will fight for working families, affordable housing, and public transit, not for wealthy special interests. I am asking for your vote on June 30 because HD33 deserves a representative who tells the truth and shows up for you.
